MUST READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY - Read all the negative reviews and you will find many instances of them selling vehicles that are damaged. They don’t care about you or care that you will lose all your hard earned money. If have already purchased a vehicle from them, and got defrauded and cheated. This is my story. Purchased a used 2016 Toyota Tundra with 168,345 miles for a Market Value of $23,985 on 7/17/25 based on the reputation of Toyota reliability, clean carfax report, test drive, salesman’s endorsement that the truck had no major issues when asked and their recommendation to purchase an extended warranty in case of any issues. By the did not cover anything. The vehicle drove fine until after the first oil change on 9/16/25 at 170,241 miles. The technician/shop owner advised that the oil was dark and thick. The vehicle started having engine problems which eventually led to engine failure. I took the vehicle for an initial diagnostic on 10/23/25 @ 171,053 miles to diagnostic the engine and they recommended taking it back to the dealer as the damage is with the long block (internal damage). I took it to another Auto Center to diagnose the long block, and they said the Valve Stem Seals were leaking oil into the engine and recommended an engine replacement for approximately $16,000. I went to Cavender Toyota of San Antonio to obtain a copy of the service records. The records indicate that on 10/22/24 @ 163,577 miles, Cavender Toyota recommended a long block to resolve an issue with oil leaking into the cylinders. According to the CarFax report, the vehicle was sold by Cavender Toyota on 5/7/25 @ 168,317 and serviced on 7/3/25 by Wizard Automotive and listed as having the Intake manifold gaskets replaced and PCV valve replaced and then put up for sale by Spotless Auto LLC on 7/10/25. According to Google AI, in many cases, sellers of automobiles must disclose known engine problems, even if the car is sold "as is". Based on the details of my story above, I have reason to believe that Spotless Auto LLC was aware of the engine damage and intentionally hid it and made false/misleading statements about the vehicle's condition thus violating the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations. Save your hard earned money and precious time and shop at a Major dealership instead since price does not matter as Spotless Auto LLC sells vehicles based on the Market Price just like the major dealerships. I went to Spotless two weeks ago and had an excellent experience purchasing my 2022 Toyota Corolla, thanks to AJ. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. AJ was very professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the vehicle and exactly what I was getting. He didn’t approach the sale like a typical salesperson; instead, he genuinely focused on taking care of his customer and making sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process.
